All training begins with evaluations. Evaluation is an important part of any training program. In order to keep your body from breaking down in the long run we need to identify the weak links and to know what lifestyle and diet changes need to be made to achieve your goals. It all begins here.

The Evaluation Includes:

  • Lifestyle Assessment
  • Nutrition Assessment
  • Posture Screen
  • Movement Screen
  • Fitness Tests
  • Integrative Movement Tests
  • i360 Fit Test
  • Video analysis

Evaluation should take approximately an hour.

All programs include:

  • Exercises to correct muscle imbalances, preventing injury
  • Increased functional movement
